Standing firm about her innocence, Lindsay Lohan will not take a plea deal in her felony grand theft case.
On Tuesday (March 22), the "Mean Girls" actress reportedly met with her lawyer, Shawn Holley, and decided to stand by her innocence.
Now, the case will be assigned to Judge Stephanie Sautner – who is considered a tough but fair judge, according to TMZ.
The preliminary hearing is set for April 22nd and LiLo still faces both jail and prison. She'll go to jail if Judge Sautner decides Lohan violated her probation, and prison if convicted of grand theft.
