I'll take Milla Jovovich any way I can- whether it be at the airport or walking the red carpet. Heck, I'll even take a gym run!!
Here she is texting on her phone while walking back to her car after a few hours of hard cardio. These celebs just don't naturally stay trim and slim. Working out is pretty much part of their job. If only I was HALF as committed.
