Keeping an eye on her uber-successful business, Eva Longoria was spotted at Beso restaurant in Los Angeles last night (March 24).
The "Desperate Housewives" actress looked smashing in a sparkly black dress a she made her exit and walked to her car.
Noticeably absent was Eva's wedding date tattoo that used to grace her right-hand wrist area- looks like she got it removed now that she's not married to Tony Parker.
But Eva isn't singing the singlehood blues; she's been running around with Penelope Cruz's much younger brother Eduardo.
