"Grey's Anatomy" Musical Episode: Sneak Peek

Switching things up a bit, the cast of "Grey's Anatomy" will debut a special treat to viewers this Thursday, March 31.

As for what's in store, the first ever musical episode is finally set to air after seven years in the making.

The entire "Grey's" cast, including special guest stars like Kate Walsh, Rachael Taylor, Daniel Sunjata and Scott Foley, will perform songs such as "Chasing Cars" by Snow Patrol, "How to Save a Life" by The Fray and "The Story" by Brandi Carlile.

Word has it, the musical episode, which airs this Thursday at 9pm est on ABC, is one of the most touching episode of "Grey's anatomy ever aired.
