Showing some love to his English fans, Justin Bieber was spotted leaving the Lowry Hotel in Manchester, England today (March 21).
The "Baby" singer opened his car door to give a quick wave has he drove by, en route to the MEN Arena for his gig tonight.
In related news, Justin's "Never Say Never" documentary film has taken the cake for the most successful concert-themed film in US history.
The flick has earned $72.2 million domestically, surpassing Michael Jackson's "This Is It" which sold $72.1 million in America. However, MJ raked in $189.1 million worldwide, so Bieber has a ways to go if he wants to dethrone the late King Of Pop internationally.
