Lindsay Lohan Dodges Charges In Rehab Fight
Well, something is working out for Lindsay Lohan! The Riverside County District Attorney (where the Betty Ford Center is located) has decided not to press charges for the fight between Lindsay and a worker.
"We are not filing any charges in the Lindsay Lohan case due to insufficient evidence," DA spokesman John Hall tells PEOPLE.It must be a relief not to have to worry about that anymore, at least. Now Lindsay can focus on her felony grand theft trial.
