Looking to speed up what can sometimes be a drawn-out process, Charlie Sheen's legal team went to court earlier today (March 28) in Santa Monica, CA.
The former "Two and a Half Men" actor's lead attorney, Marty Singer, headed into the courtroom and asked Judge Goodman for an order to shorten the usual time it takes to reach a decision.
As previously reported, Sheen filed a public $100 million lawsuit against Warner Bros and "Two and a Half Men" co-creator, Chuck Lorre, over his firing from the CBS sitcom - with Charlie making it clear that he wants it to be a public trial.
While WB and Lorre prefer a more detailed, private battle, Judge Goodman granted Singer his request and moved up the hearing date to April 19 (the original date was May 25).
