She was one of the first to help out, and now other celebrities are following in the footsteps of Sandra Bullock and doing anything they can to help Japan's relief efforts.
The "Blind Side" actress donated $1 million to the American Red Cross shortly after the earthquake/tsunami hit.
Aside from Bullock's donation, Fergie and the Black Eyed Peas dedicated their new music video "Just Can't Get Enough" to the people affected by the disaster.
On Friday, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Beyonce, Rihanna, Justin Timberlake and more than thirty stars joined together to release "Songs for Japan" on iTunes for $9.99 with all proceeds going to the Japanese Red Cross Society.
Gwen Stefani also donated $1 million to Save the Children. Telling Fox News she said, "I've been inspired by Japan for many years and have a true love, appreciation and respect for the Japanese people and their culture."
